Join Cape Town’s newest soul-healing movement!

This Youth Day – Monday, 16 June 2025, we invite you to be part of the first-ever Heart Walk — a monthly walk through nature designed to reconnect you with what truly matters: joy, community, connection, healing… and a little bit of magic.

Where are we walking?
Into the enchanted woods of Cecilia Forest, where ancient trees whisper, birds sing freedom songs, and your soul gets to exhale.

What’s in store?
A gentle 4km group walk, laughter, playfulness, reflection, grounding, and connection with heart-centered souls who, like you, want more meaning, presence, and love in their lives.

🎒 What do you need?

• Comfortable walking shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothes (bring a raincoat – we walk rain or shine)
• An open heart
• No cost, no catch — just show up
