PROGRAMME OUTLINE:  

Day 1: Let go of stress!

As the year winds down, many of us are feeling overwhelmed with last-minute deadlines, holiday planning, and trying to check off all our goals. Today, take a moment to identify one specific stressor that’s been weighing on you lately.  Knowing what’s draining your energy is the first step toward regaining it.

Day 2: Move!

When we’re on the go and stressed, we often forget to care for ourselves physically and mentally. Today, take a quick break for a simple relaxation practice—whether it’s deep breathing, stretching, or a 5-minute walk. These moments of peace can make a world of difference as we manage end-of-year tasks.

Day 3: Self-care matters!

With year-end demands high, having a few go-to habits for self-care can help you stay grounded. Pick three small, manageable habits to practice each day to ease stress and protect your energy during this busy time. Consistency is key to resilience!
