  • What are the principles and beliefs that guide my life?
  • What do I want to achieve and contribute to the world?

Take time to reflect on your answers and write them down. Then, prioritise your values and create a personal mission statement that captures your purpose and direction. This exercise will help you connect with your authentic self and boost your confidence in living a life that is true to you.

  • Visualize yourself being confident and successful in a specific situation. Imagine yourself speaking in public, meeting new people, or asking for a raise. Visualize yourself feeling calm, composed, and in control.
  • Practice self-affirmations. Repeat positive statements to yourself, such as “I am capable,” “I trust myself,” or “I deserve success.” Say them out loud, write them down, and repeat them often.
